How do I know if I’m pregnant?

The most common first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Other early pregnancy signs include breast tenderness or fullness, nausea, and unusual tiredness. The only way to confirm if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test and have your pregnancy confirmed by a physician (usually by blood draw or ultrasound).

Next Step Pregnancy and Relationship Center provides confidential, free pregnancy tests.* The pregnancy test process takes approximately fifteen minutes and provides immediate results. You’ll also have the opportunity to talk with a client advocate who can provide information on pregnancy, prenatal development, parenting, abortion procedures, the adoption option, and more.

If you suspect that you are pregnant you may have questions. You might feel scared and confused or wish it was yesterday again. Maybe you don’t know who to talk to or where you can go. At Next Step Pregnancy and Relationship Center we will walk with you. We will listen to your questions and thoughts, discuss options with you, and provide resources and tools you may need to be successful.
